Audition for SCB Company's
Cinderella

School of Classical Ballet Company will premiere their brand new beautiful story ballet Cinderella in March 2025!  Come audition to be part of this fun and inspiring production.

 

Dance students ages 5 and up are invited to audition for all sorts of roles.  You do not need to already be a student at SCB in order to participate, but you do need to commit to all rehearsals and, of course, the performances!

For all auditions, please arrive 15 minutes in advance to register, pay, and prepare.

There is an audition fee of $15 per dancer - cash or check made out to SCB Company

BALLET AUDITIONS

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 21st

​

9:10 - 9:50 am

Younger dancers from ages 5 ~ 10 years (SCB Movers through Ballet 2)​

 

10:00-11:30 am

Ballet class audition for ages 10 years and up (SCB ballet levels 3 +)

​

Bring your pointe shoes if you would like to be considered for a pointe role.

TAP AUDITIONS​

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 21st

​

9:10 - 9:50 am

For dancers ages 11 and up who are at an intermediate to advanced level in tap

Bring your tap shoes!

REHEARSALS​

 

BEGINNING JANUARY 4th, most dancers will rehearse on Saturdays, and just a few dancers will rehearse on Monday evenings.  Your rehearsal day will be confirmed when you receive your casting.

 

There will be a studio run of the whole show on Saturday, March 15th.

PERFORMANCES

 

There is a non-refundable performance fee of $25 per dancer, due Jan 4.

​

Performances will be at Petro Hall on the MSUB campus on Friday, March 21st at 7:00 pm

& Saturday, March 22nd at both 2:00 and 7:00 pm

All dancers will need to be at the final tech/dress rehearsal at the theater on March 20th as well.
